If your 2GB data finishes in 3 days, you are not alone. I was facing same problem in Lagos until I did these 3 things.
1. Turn off Auto Play on Facebook and Instagram. Videos play and chop your data even if you no watch. Go to Facebook Settings > Media > Never Autoplay Videos.
2. Stop Background Data. Many apps use data for back. Go to Settings > Apps > Select Facebook, Instagram, TikTok > Turn off Background Data.
3. Use Lite Apps. Use Facebook Lite and Opera Mini instead of normal Chrome. They save 50% data.
I did these 3 and my 2GB wey dey finish in 3 days now dey last 2 weeks.

Another trick I use is to download videos only on WiFi. If you dey watch YouTube for mobile data, your data go finish quick. I wait till I reach office WiFi before I download.
Also, turn off auto update for Play Store. Go to Play Store > Settings > Auto-update apps > Don't auto-update. Your phone dey update 10 apps for background and e dey chop data.
Since I started these tricks, I save at least N2000 monthly on data. You should try it today. It really works for me in Lagos and will work for you anywhere in Nigeria.
