I no go lie you, e get one day I nearly give up.

That day, I sit down for shop from morning till evening, nobody buy anything. Not even one person. I don spend my last money buy goods, I no get money for food, I dey hungry, I dey vex.

For my mind I dey talk, "Maybe business no be for me. Maybe make I just close am go find work."

I even start to pack small small things, say I go close shop tomorrow.

But that same evening, one customer come. She no buy plenty, she buy small thing. But as she dey go, she talk one thing wey change my mind.

She talk, "I like your shop, I go tell my sister make she come."

Na that one sentence give me hope again. I come understand say, business no be everyday be good day. Some days go bad, some days go good. If I give up that day, I for no see the good days wey come after.

From that day, I learn 3 things:

*1. Bad Day No Mean Bad Business*

Just because today no sell, no mean say business don fail. E just mean say today no be your day. Tomorrow fit be different.

*2. No Compare Your Beginning With Another Person Ending*

I dey look other shops wey dey sell well, I dey feel bad. But I forget say dem don dey there for years. Me I just start. I need time.

*3. Small Sale Still Be Sale*

That small sale that evening save my business. No look down on small customers. Na small small sales dey grow become big business.

If you dey for that point where you wan give up, abeg no give up yet. Rest small, but no close am. Your breakthrough fit dey for the next customer wey dey come.
