b) Exchange outflows: Santiment recorded 4.77 trillion PEPE leaving exchanges Oct 16, $1.39M spot outflows net positive, supply squeeze.
c) Short squeeze: CoinGlass $330k short liquidations in one hour Oct 27 21:37 ET, $622M volume.
Technical: ETH also up +2.17% to $2,361, XRP +3.01% to $1.34 clearing resistance. PEPE resistance $0.0000050 then $0.0000055 and $0.0000060, support $0.00000364-0.00000380 100-day SMA and $0.00000343-0.00000346 200-day SMA golden pocket. Market cap vs BONK 7.53x.
