Fathers are so underrated!
So ironic how we all are swift to recognise and flaunt the mothers' strengths but become myopic to identify with the father's untold sacrifices.
From dawn through to dusk, the father toils endlessly to ensure a steady supply of needs which undoubtedly are unlimitedly listed.
Ranging from the financial needs to the physical ones. We fail to pin point the numerous fears that surfaces, untold, unknown, occupied in their unsettled and heavily burdened minds, those trying moments they are unable to make available a vital need or needs for their families.
We fail to recognise their struggles, their sacrifices, the pains and plenteous tears they choose to conceal from the faces of their children.
Should we also, fail to recognise the many legacies they have left for us to emulate?Or the numerous teachings which they'd filled our minds with from their certain tough life experiences?
I hope we learn to appreciate our fathers strengths, sacrifices and love. They all, can not be overstated.
