My name is Namhla, I am a south Africa born woman now, I once was a little girl who grew up from a poor village. Growing up was not a bed of roses I lost all my family members at a very tender age, I thrive in life struggling to make ends meet.

This is a true story of my life, After loosing my family I had to moved from relative to relative. And the situation was not accommodating at all for a grieved 9 year old girl who has to also take care of her 4 years old little sister. Childhood traumatic expiriences back then was what we had to fight to survive on a daily basis.

Little did I know as an adult it was going to shape my entire relationship life with others. I thought I was an introvert, but no I was closed up trebbling in fear of letting anyone get any close to my heart.

I felt a pressing need to protect my self even when there was no one hurting me. I became hyper vigilant, hyper reactive ,anxious and I was so afraid to love.

This is my healing journey discovering my self, and getting to be comfortable with others and within my own body. As I recently battle mental health issues.
