I enter the eatry as usual for lunch time. I order my normal afternoon food wity my drinks. I was enjoying my food while scrolling the page of my phone. Suddenly, i heard someone said to me ' can you pls, let me use five menute on your phnoe. I have exhausted the call card on my phone and i dont have cash with me. But, i am waiting for someone to transfer money to my account. I gave her my phone tonuse as requested. Immediately i gave my phone to her, she looked at me and smile. And our eyes cuaght eachother. But, i couldnot resist my gaze upon her. She went back to her seat and make the calls she wants to make. She returned back exactly five menute and returned my phone to me. She appreciated my gesture and introduced her self to me. She said my name is Ewatomy and i quickly introduced myself as well. My name is Alex and my native name is Ifedapo. She ask if i am expecting someone and i said no that i only came to have my lunch. What about you? She responded that she came to have her lunch as well. We started some conversation and from what she said, she just finished her service and looking for something to do to earn a montly salary. We exchanged our phone numbers for more conversation and left the eatry.
I was about to sleep at night and my phone was ringing. It was Ewatomy that is calling me. Good evening Mr. ifedapo. I responded. How was your day sir? Lovely. And you, she said the same thing. Thank you for your accomodation. I realy enjoyed spending my day with you and i wouldnt mind to spend more time with you. I said okay. I was about to ask her why she was smiling at me when she collected my phone. But, save my question for some reason i dont know. She throw a question at me and said, pls sir. I want to ask you a question and hope you would not be upset at me. I told her to go ahead. She said where do you work sir? I gave her the name of where i am working. She ask if there is vacancy. But, i told her that i cant realy say but, i will need to confirm from our HRM when i get to work the next day. She was enjoying her night with me because, we discuss a lot of things. I like her confidence. I like the way she present herself. Her voice is very charming. I also remember her dressing. Her pointed nose, her smile, her appearance, her walking steps is something no single will never want to take for granted. We later end our conversation and we bot say good night and smile for good.
The next day in the office as usual. I was busy with my daily activities, signing some document on my table. My phone was ringing and i picked it. Good morning sir. Its Ewatomy on the phone. How are you doing today? Hope you enjoyed your sleep and had a great dream sir. Yeah and you. Good sir. What can i do for you? I just want to ask you if there is a vacancy from what i discuss with you yesterday night sir. Oh! Have forgoten. Can you pls call me back in the next five menute. Okay sir. I dial the HRM office. Can you pls, come to my office. Knocking on the door. Come in. Good morning sir. HRM. Have you employed anyone for the available vacancy? No sir. We are still waiting for the agent to give us green light. Okay HRM. Dont worry again. I have someone that will fill that space. Okay sir. Tell the cleaner to clean the empty office in downstairs. Because, we are going to have interview for the new staff nextweek mondat.and make sure prepare yourself before next week HR. Okay sir. You can go Am less before i forget, have you collate all the evaluations of all the staffs pertaining last month job done? Yea sir. Okay, thats good. You can take your leave. Hello Ewatomy. Concerning your request, have spoken to someone. Bring your CV to 134 charles solomon road, off Bright street, lagos state by 10 am on Monday. Okay sir. Thank you very much mr IfeDapo. Will you be available this evening by 6:30pm? I will like both of us to some houra together. Yes. Meet me at the eatry by 6pm then. Alright.
Good morning HRM. My name is Ewatomi Akorede. I was invited to an interview from this company. Okay. Can I see your CV. Have your seat. Can we meet you. After the interview, the HRM told Ewatomi to make sure she let her phone be by her side. Okay Ma. She left the company and headed back home while waiting for taxi to take her back home. She call Mr. Ifedapo to give him the outcome of the interview. Good afternoon sir. Have gone to the interview. Okay. How was it. It okay. And I was told to stayed by my phone any moment from this time. Okay. So, where are you going now? I am going home straight. Can you hang around before evening time? Okay Sir. They both met at the eatry and have a nice meal before they head back to their various home. Ewatomi's phone was ringing in her sitting room. She picked her phone and respond to the caller. Good afternoon Miss Ewatomi Akorede. I am the HRM of Pure Nature Oil and Gas Company Limited. I Will like to inform you that your CV has been reviewed and you have been employed into our company as the Personal Head Assistant to the CEO of our company. Congratulations to you. Thank you Ma. So, when are you going to start working with us? Can I start tomorrow Ma. Will that be okay by you? Asked by the HRM. Yes Ma HRM. You can start tomorrow then. Once again, congratulations to you. Thank you Ma. I have been employed. Now I have a job. Wao! I am so excited. Thank God. She kneel besides her bed and give thanks to God. She picked her phone and dial Mr. Ifedapo's number. Hello sir. Good afternoon sir. She was crying and at the same time smiling. Sir, I just want to tell you the out come of the interview. I got a call from the company that I have been employed as a the head personal assistant to the CEO of that company. I am so excited sir. Wao! Congratulations Ewatomi. I am happy for you baebe. Thank you sir. She didn't know when she said I love you sir three times, because she was so excited. Then, Mr. Ifedapo asked when she will start the job. She said I am starting tomorrow. Okay. What will you be doing this evening? Nothing sir. Because I have been preparing myself since three days incase if I was employed. And finally, my dream has come to reality. Okay. Good to hear that from you. Let's meet at the usual place to celebrate it together this evening by 6:30 pm. Alright sir. They both met at the place and enjoy their late evening by celebrating the good news. They later left the place with smiling and happy mood.
