Many people are not talking about Luxembourg, but it is one of the richest countries in Europe. Cleaners there earn €2,500 to €3,000 monthly plus free accommodation.
The pay is high because Luxembourg has many offices and is a small country with not enough workers.
How to apply from Nigeria without an agent:
1. Go to http://jobs.lu or http://luxembourg.careerjet.com
2. Search for "cleaning staff, housekeeping, office cleaner"
3. Filter for jobs with "accommodation included" and "English speaking"
4. Send your CV and a short cover letter. You do not need a long CV — one page is enough.
Companies that are hiring include: ISS Facility, Dussmann, and Atalian. They sponsor work permits.
Requirements: No degree is needed. You only need basic English, a police clearance certificate, and medical fitness. The visa process takes 2-3 months
You do not need to pay any agent 1 million naira for this. Apply directly. If you get an offer letter, the Luxembourg embassy in Abuja will issue your visa.
