We are living in a world where leadership is the most important thing if, we are to achieve what we are desiring as a people. The problem with many leaders is that they want the people to live by what they (leaders) just tell them (the people) not what they (leaders) do.
For example we see many politicians tell the citizens of the countries they lead to refrain from corrupt practices while they themselves are doing something contrary to what they tell their citizens.The number one cause of the increase in the malpractices is the failure of the leaders to live exemplary hence they fail to discipline their subordinates when they misbehave.
If we are to change this world and make it a better place, then discipline must begin with those who are the leaders.
