How I Prepare the Food
When I reach house for Borokiri, I prepare jollof rice. I no use plenty oil, and I cut enough onions to make the food sweet and tasty.
My children around the Choba school area say, "Mummy, this jollof sweet!" I just smile because I know say na careful planning and management make everything work.
We chop for afternoon and night. When small food remain, I keep am well inside a refrigerator to eat the following day.
Day 2: Manage Wetin Remain

My 3 Secrets for Managing a Small Food Budget
1. Shop Early and Compare Prices
Try going to Mile 1 Market or Creek Road early in the morning. Compare prices from different sellers before buying. No assume say every item must be cheaper just because na morning.
2. Cook Once, Eat More Than Once
When you prepare enough food, you fit eat it more than once instead of spending money to cook a completely new meal. Store leftovers safely in a refrigerator and reheat thoroughly.
3. Plan Your Ingredients Well
Use onions, pepper and other affordable ingredients to add flavour to your food. When preparing soup, add water carefully and make sure the ingredients remain enough to serve the family.
