No one is talking about comparisons or are we not ready for this conversation?
The way parents compare children these days rather than motivating them is quite alarming.
As parents, guardians or an authority figure. Avoid comparing children,you don't even know what those kids you're comparing them with are doing when no one is watching.
Your kids might even be better than those you're comparing them with.
