Am I in a Situationship

So There's this Particular girl I like and I have a huge crush on her,Funny thing is that she knows I like her I mean I show it all the time but she doesn't really care

Most Times she gives me Mixed Signals sometimes she I think she getting to like me but Most times it's the other way round.So I asked her one day saying"Am I wasting time liking you or will I ever get a chance" And replied me saying That "I should ask Myself that Question" hmmm My people what do you think she's saying because Me as a man inlove I would NO i am not wasting my time but I want to know what exactly she means 

My Friends says that am wasting my time because she didn't say No either did she say Yes,Now I feel Emotionally Manipulated and I feel like if someone really likes you,You won't have to decode them,They won't make you guess and They won't dodge a question like that 

And if I keep waiting will I lose My self respect and I hope I won't regret it later on,If she doesn't chooses me will I still feel proud of how I handled it there are so many questions going on in my Mind and it's makes me feel Emotionally Exhausted because she not meeting Halfway,Now the Main question is what will you do if you were in my Position
