5 Simple Ways to Stay Healthy as a Student

Many students fall sick often because of poor habits. You can stay strong and healthy without spending much money. Here are easy tips:

  1. Drink enough water: Take at least 6–8 glasses of water every day. It helps your body work well.
  2. Eat balanced meals: Try to include fruits, vegetables, and protein in your food. Avoid too much fried or sugary snacks.
  3. Sleep well: Do not stay awake all night every day. Try to sleep for 6–7 hours so your brain can rest.
  4. Move your body: You do not need a gym. Walk around, stretch, or do light exercises for 10–15 minutes daily.
  5. Wash your hands often: This stops germs from entering your body and causing sickness.

When you follow these steps, you will have more energy to study and do your daily work.
